Mel’s is brought to you by husband and wife team Michael and Melissa McManamy. We provide delicious things, made with care, with the best ingredients available.

At this time we are pre-order only! Our menu is posted each Monday on our website and social pages. You’ll have until Friday to place your orders for pick up on Sunday from 10 am-2 pm. We’re located at 359 Mill St. Waterbury, CT (alongside Brass City Harvest).

We are proud supporters of the Northeast grain shed. Every baked good we produce is made using stone milled grains, grown in our region.

Our flour is milled by the folks at Ground Up Grain in Holyoke, MA.
